"I come from a place of adversity that has been turned into opportunity, where victimization was turned into survivor and, ultimately, into thriver. I strive to support people as they experience how fulfilling their own lives can be as they move along their own road to well being."
"I have been married over twenty years and understand first hand the challenges involved in maintaining a long-term relationship. As a Gottman Institute trained couples' therapist, I use written and oral diagnostics in order to determine what your relationship requires: tune up, major work, complete overhaul, or its on the way to the junkyard. Using a multitude of tried and true exercises, I provide what your relationship needs to get back on its best possible."
